Refund policy

Subject to the terms outlined herein, you may submit a request for the exchange of purchased items (“Item”) under the following conditions:

  1. The Item received is incomplete.
  2. The Item does not conform to the agreed specifications.
  3. The Item received is not as ordered.
  4. The Item varies from the description provided on our website.
  5. Please note that exchanges due to a change of mind are strictly not accommodated.

Additionally, it is imperative to note that exchanging for a different product and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support at support@starkelab.com within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the Item. Your request should include the reasons for exchange, sufficient supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, screenshots), and proof of purchase.

Each application will be meticulously reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we will determine the eligibility of your application and notify you of the status within seven (7) working days. If your request is approved, the exchanged Item will be sent by email to you, and you can expect to receive it within a maximum lead time of three (3) working days.

By submitting a request for exchange, you acknowledge and accept that our decision is final, conclusive, and binding. You agree not to pursue any claims or legal actions against us or any of our affiliates in relation to such decisions. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are highly appreciated.
