This 4-week BIM in Project Management course equips participants with essential skills in BIM strategy, EIR and BPEP development, CDE setup, document and clash management, and coordination using Revit and Navisworks, aligned with JKR standards.

The program includes online classes, practical exercises, and a site visit to a BIM-implemented project, providing hands-on experience and real-world insights for project managers, BIM coordinators, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

Participants with full attendance will receive a Certificate of Attendance (Please key in your Full Name at the "Special instructions" area in the cart).

Learning Outcome

Have a solid understanding of BIM strategies in project management.
Be able to develop and implement EIR and BPEP.
Efficiently set up and manage a CDE.
Perform clash detection and manage BIM coordination.
Troubleshoot and manage common Revit issues.
Link and coordinate models using Revit and Navisworks.
Apply JKR BIM standards and integrate design and construction intent in BIM coordination.
